There are various ways we can help motivate people. People can find the fire to win at life in many things. And one of the more popular avenues is through film.

Rudy (1993)
“Rudy” is based on the story of Daniel Rueddiger, a Notre Dame football player who never gave up on his dream to play for the Fighting Irish. The movie takes you on a rollercoaster journey filled with heartbreak and the eventual ending where Rudy realizes his dream. You’d be hard-pressed to find a more inspiring film. Jeff Lupient
Sports movies are the best films in which to find an underdog story. “Rocky” is the quintessential example. Probably the best boxing film ever, and certainly one of Stallone’s greatest, “Rocky” shows everyone what can happen if you make the most out of the opportunities life throws at you. Jeff Lupient.
Braveheart (1995)
Delving away from sports films, we have Mel Gibson’s award-winning “Braveheart.” Heavy on the heart, this film though brutal, opens one’s eyes and heart to what it means to be truly alive – and that is to fight for what one believes in.
